The International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our college on 21st June. The event was held in the WODC Hall within the college campus. The session was presided over by our respected Principal Mrs. Subandita Mishra .
Yoga Trainer Miss Sulochana Munda and our college student Bishnu Rana guided the participants through various yoga postures and breathing exercises, emphasizing the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being.Following the yoga session, a plantation programme was organized in the college campus under the banner of Harit Yoga, promoting the message of a healthy body along with a green environment.The event witnessed active participation from students and staff and successfully conveyed the essence of International Yoga Day — harmony between mind, body and nature.
