Department of Government Vocational Higher Secondary School

The department formed as a government initiative aims at imparting skill-based education at higher secondary stage. Student pursuing the course can become self-employed or have jobs in Government and private sectors. In 2008 tours and travel technique as a course was introduced for+2 Arts students and CT Trade for +2 Science with 24 sanctioned seats in each course. The government has equipped the department with library, computer lab, Smart Boards, study materials at subsidized enrollment fees to encourage and motivate students towards making a better future for them.
