Department of Commerce

The Department is Commerce was established in the year 1987/88. However, keeping the interest of the students in mind, the college opened +3 Bachelor of Commerce study programme in 2018. It aims to create a learning of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management and Marketing. Initially, the subject was only available for intermediate-level studies. Since then, four batches of students have completed their bachelor study programme. The department is a boon for many students given the rising opportunities in business and commerce and the footing for CA/CS & MBA. The department has been regularly organising departmental seminars and extramural lectures by distinguished faculties and experts to keep the students abreast with the new developments in the discipline. The department is manned by a pool of highly qualified teachers with many text and referral books.
